Booking Your Appointment:

To ensure the best selection of times, we invite you to schedule your appointment through our website. You may also reserve by phone; however, as Mary provides treatments personally, calls may be returned once she is out of session.

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please note your card will not be charged, it simply holds your appointment with us.

Forms of Payment:

For your convenience, we graciously accept all major credit cards. We are a cashless spa and kindly request that payment be made by card. Should you prefer to pay in cash, please provide the exact amount, as we are unable to offer change. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations: 

We value our time together. To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all appointments be rescheduled or canceled within a minimum of 24 hours. Appointments changed in less than the required time will be billed 50% of the service charge.

Refund Policy: 

All services, products, and gift cards are final. We invite you to select thoughtfully, knowing each choice is designed to enhance your relaxation, well-being, and enjoyment.

We invite you to arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gentle pause allows you to check in, release the rhythm of the day, and ease gracefully into the serene atmosphere of Sun House Spa.
