A New Glow in the Graham Community

Welcome! I’m so excited to share the beginning of Sun House Spa. I opened the doors in January 2026, and becoming part of the Graham community has already been such a special experience.

Starting a business as a solo spa owner can be both exciting and a little scary, but the support from the community has been incredible. Seeing the excitement and meeting so many wonderful people has made this journey so rewarding.

A Night of Glam + Glow

Back in February, Sun House Spa participated in Galentine's Glam + Glow, hosted by The Beauty Boost Tacoma. The night was full of fun. Pink bubbly flowing, music setting the vibe, local vendors, and glow-up beauty stations everywhere. It truly felt like the ultimate girls’ night out where beauty met community.

DIY Lip Gloss Charm Bar

At the Sun House Spa station, guests could create their own DIY Lip Gloss Charm, a cute little keepsake to attach to their gloss. It quickly became a fun creative space where people chatted, laughed, and designed their own charm.

I also had help from amazing volunteers who are part of the Sun House Spa Ambassador Team. Their support helped make the station feel welcoming, lively, and full of great energy.

The Gloss Everyone Loved

For the event, we featured Plump Up Pretty Lip Treatment by FarmHouse Fresh in the shade Fig Plump Pout-fection. This high-shine treatment gives lips a juicy, fuller look without the tingle, thanks to ingredients like peptides, pomegranate extract, and hydrating hyaluronic acid.

Looking Forward

Being part of events like this reminds me why I started Sun House Spa. I wanted to create a space for skincare, self-care, and community connection. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome and can’t wait for more opportunities to be involved in the community.
